Returns for Online Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Flameboy vs. Wet Willy. If you are not totally pleased with your purchase you may return any product within 14 days for a refund, credit or exchange of your choice. Before you return any product, email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Flameboy vs.Wet Willy does not reimburse the cost of return shipping unless the product shipped was our error or defective. Returned products with no defects will have a 15% restocking fee.

*Name (in case you received the wrong order number)
*Indicate if item is a Exchange or Refund
*If Exchange, indicate what style you want to exchange for (Style Name/Number/Color/ Size/Quantity)
*Reason for Exchange or Return
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. “New and unused” means sellable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new item at our expense. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement parts.
Credit and Return Time
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and begin processing your Return/Exchange. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you can expect to receive a notification email confirming your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order once it has been submitted, please email us at email@example.com within four (4) hours from when the order was placed and we will cancel free of any charges. Don’t worry! Our friendly customer service will do all that they can to stop your order from being processed and/or shipped but cannot guarantee cancellation once the four (4) hour mark has passed.
